Microsoft has just launched the Xbox Live Creators Program that would allow indie game developers to publish their games for the Xbox One and Windows 10 platforms. The launch will include nine new titles which can be found under the Creators Collection tab on the Xbox Live Store.

Not to be confused with the ID@Xbox program that mainly targets high-profile indie developers, the Creators Program does not require any approvals concerning game concepts. It also means that games published through this program won’t include standard Xbox features like Achievements, Gamerscore, and multiplayer support.

“Developers that publish through the Creators Program have the freedom and independence to develop games that are truly unique, resulting in a collection with games that can be quirky and have varying degrees of polish, but are always interesting,” Microsoft said in a blog post.
