The flying taxis were supplied by German company Volocopter. The current prototype has a 30 minute light time along with a maximum speed of 50 kph. You can use the RTA’s mobility app to book an air taxi and see the route of your journey.

The Air Taxi also includes emergency parachutes and nine battery systems that operate independently. RTA also said that they’re looking to make the Air Taxis fully operational in the next five years.
