Order from the website and collect it from the center.
The Middle East’s largest online retail store Souq.com has just launched a new marketplace in the form of a physical customer experience center located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, UAE. It was made as the company’s flagship center where it can serve as the main point where users can pick up their orders or where sellers can drop off the products and be picked up.
The customer experience center will also house the Helpbit Service Centre that will offer immediate repair on smaller jobs like phone screen replacements along with a dedicated drop off point for more complicated repairs.
, “At the heart of everything we do is our promise to make online shopping as easy and enjoyable as possible for our customers, suppliers and partners. The decision to bring everything together in one, convenient location – from customer service, after-sales, repairs and logistics – is synonymous with our drive to use innovation to continually enhance the online shopping experience and empower our users to overcome online shopping barriers. Our first customer experience center will function as the heart of our regional operations bringing all of the SOUQ.com services under one roof,” said Souq.com co-founder and CEO Ronaldo Mouchawar.
There will also be select items on display where users can check out the latest gadgets – though it is clear that the center will not offer a way for you to purchase a product (that’s dedicated solely on the website and their app).
Souq’s customer experience center is located next to the Villa Rotana Hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road and is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm on Fridays.
