On day ahead of CES, iLounge Editor-in-Chief spotted what he says is the awaited iPad 3. While no picture was taken, Jeremy says there isn't really much to be shown anyways.
Much like the iPhone 4s / iPhone 5 fiasco, iPad 3 is almost an iPad 2 clone. The only noticeable differences, he says, are the 1 mm thicker body, and a bigger camera apparatus in the upper left corner. The camera hole looks like the much improved one from the iPhone 4S, with a silver-ring perimeter and a missing LED flash.

So, will this too turn out to be an iPad 2S, or will there be enough changes on the hardware level to justify a generation jump into the "iPad 3" designation? We'll wait and see. But we take for given that it will boast an improved camera, a high-res screen with high pixel density - a la Retina - and quite possibly a quad-core processor.
