Now with enhanced customer features.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has just announced a new smart app that was launched today at GITEX Technology Week. The new app will help drivers get more relevant information with the RTA’s services along with the ability to do most, if not all, of all RTA transactions through the app.

“In designing Dubai Drive, RTA had given due consideration to the views, preferences and suggestions of the public as it is always keen on customizing its services to the needs of customers,” said Abdullah Al Madani, CEO of RTA’s Technology Support Services Sector in a statement.

The app will use the same login details as your RTA account, so all your files and documents will be automatically ported to the app for easy access. This includes driver’s license, number plate ownership, Salik and vehicle registration.

The mission to help make it easy for all transactions to be done through one app without having to go physically to an RTA office. All of this can be done right on your smartphone.

The Dubai Drive app is now available for download on iOS and Android devices.
