The announcement was made at the ongoing GITEX Technology Week at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Star Wars: Jedi Challenges utilizes Lenovo’s Mirage AR headset along with a Tracking Beacon, a Lightsaber-like controller and is compatible with Android and iOS devices. You download the game on your smartphone and use it as a screen that you slide into the headset. The Tracking Beacon will then track the user’s movements during gameplay.

Lenovo’s Mirage AR headset aims to bridge the gap between virtual and reality through the inventive use of augmented reality – and what better way to experience than with one of the most popular movies of all time.

Star Wars: Jedi Challenges is now available for pre-order on Etisalat’s website for 1,199 AED. Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens in UAE cinemas on December 14.
