Just last week, HP has officially launched its new line of A3 multifunction printers that offers new levels of customization that would suit the needs of business consumers.

“We set out to offer our partners a robust portfolio of A3 MFPs with disruptive technologies and a range of finishing options to meet current and future printing needs,” said Stephane Rogier, Head of Print Business unit, HP Inc. “Today, we’re delivering on that promise, along with our mission to continue reinventing the market. Using the vast knowledge we’ve gained through our large-scale commercial printers, we streamlined our designs, improved print speeds and enabled higher-quality printing for a lower cost.”

HP reports that about 61 percent of organizations have reported at least one print-related data breach in the past year. Along with that statistic, only less than 2 percent of printers are secured. With the company’s new line of A3 printers features some of the most advanced security features needed to combat vulnerabilities.

A total of three PageWide platforms and thirteen LaserJet platforms were introduced – all featuring the new cloud-based proprietary service optimization platform, HP Smart Device Services (SDS). The said feature includes maximum device uptime by integrating advanced diagnostics, device specific troubleshooting and remote remediation capabilities into the MPS tool sets that resellers use.
